Okay scrollers, this wedding hits a little different. And I am not sorry for the amount of photos in this post. Trust me, it’s worth it.
Think luxury, winter wedding at exclusive south Devon venue, Anran. It’s giving champagne towers and confetti showers vibes. Throw in an epic botanical house, tuxedos and quite a few shots and you’re getting the gist.
E&M celebrated their marriage in December (so if you observers out there are seeing a little less light, that’s why). Hosted at the epic Anran in Devon, every space is the gift that keeps on giving and this couple sure made the most of it.
Planned to perfection, no detail was left to chance. E&M had their ceremony in the plant house where you’ll also have some koi carp as guests. The tropical feel was a million miles from the festivities going on outside and a lovely nod to co-founder Edwin’s heritage.
Guests sipped champagne with the newlyweds before heading across the bridge to the courtyard for quick group shots and the snowiest flurry of confetti to have graced my screen in a while. *side note - no confetti is ever too much.
Canape’s were served in the Nissan hut by Hayley’s team from Cru Events who know Anran like the back of their hands. When the feast was ready to be served, guests were seated in the glass house and treated to a series of endearing, emotional and hilarious speeches. E&M substituted the cake for a beautiful champagne tower which in my opinion is always a winner - and a lot less calories (true story, Google it!).
Guests moved straight onto the dance floor and it was immediately filled. Tequila flowed so did the laughs. I can only imagine what the after party looked like if what I saw was anything to go by! Either way, the best day for the most deserving and amazing couple, celebrating all their trials and wins made together. My heart is so full for you Mr & Mrs G. Go get your happy ever after.
